Topsway is a personal brand tool. These rules exist to keep it useful and fair for everyone.
Permitted use
- Analyzing and optimizing your own LinkedIn profile.
- Using Topsway for your own professional development, job search, or business growth.
- Using Topsway as a founder or solo operator to optimize your personal brand in connection with your own business.
Prohibited use
- Unauthorized use of another person's account. Each account is for one person. Do not log in as another user or analyze someone else's profile without their knowledge and consent.
- Reselling or sharing credits. Profile analysis credits are for your use only. Do not sell, transfer, or share them with others.
- Automated or bulk submissions. Do not use scripts, bots, or automated tools to submit profile data at scale.
- Scraping. Do not use Topsway as a tool to harvest or aggregate LinkedIn data about other people.
- Impersonation. Do not submit another person's profile data as your own or misrepresent who you are.
Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund. We reserve the right to investigate suspected misuse and take appropriate action.
