Privacy Policy

Topsway is a personal brand analysis service built by Memriq Holdings. This policy describes what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you control it.

What we collect

• Account data — your email address and name, provided when you sign up.
• LinkedIn profile data — the profile information you share with us: headline, about section, experience, education, skills, and other publicly visible sections. We do not have access to your LinkedIn password or private messages.
• Analysis results — the scores, recommendations, and optimized copy we generate for your profile. Stored so you can access your history and track progress.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, and session timing, collected to improve the product.

How we use your data

• To generate your profile analysis and personalized recommendations.
• To display your score history and track improvement over time.
• To send transactional emails (account verification, analysis ready notifications).
• To improve Topsway's analysis quality and features.

Third-party services

Your profile data is sent to OpenAI (via their API) to generate analysis. Per our agreement with OpenAI, data submitted through the API is not used to train their models. We do not sell your data to any third party.

We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe handles all payment data — we never see or store your card details. Our infrastructure runs on industry-standard cloud services in North America.

Data retention

We retain your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@topsway.ai or using the account settings in the app. We respond within 30 days.
